Maya's second studio album, Amethyst, is her largest body of work. It is fully produced and was released October 1st, 2018. The album consists of bright and vivacious pop tracks, an energy-charged rock song, a naked piano ballad, a number with an Indian-inspired sound, and much more. Rise Above is her very first album, released October 1st, 2016. The five-song album is her "elementary school album" with simple, but beautiful, singer-songwriter characteristics. Maya accompanies herself on the piano and guitar and also plays saxophone, clarinet, bass guitar, and the recorder. She also loves to dance, having taking studio classes in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, and hip-hop for many years. Maya also enjoys musical theatre, having performed in numerous productions and with organizations across the nation. Lastly, Maya has performed with many choirs. She is currently a part of the Peninsula Girls Chorus. She has had the opportunity to attend the divisional and national ACDA Honor Choirs.
